Return Policy

Returns can be made within 30 days of shipment for exchange or refund. For exchanges shipping, see our shipping policy. Special orders, not listed in the catalog are not returnable or refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable. International orders will be charged full shipping charges.

All returns must be shipped to:

  • Customer is responsible for return freight. Return package must be sent postage paid.
  • Merchandise must be in new resalable condition.
  • Return package must include instructions telling us what you would like done with your returned items. Include a copy of your receipt.
  • Check customers must include a check for reshipment charges with return.
